Ermington School

The School Council

The School Council is a group of elected representatives from each school year which holds regular meetings with a Senior Member of staff to discuss ways to improve the school experience from a pupil’s point of view.

They also hold a variety of fund-raising activities throughout the School Year from break-time fruit, cookie and milk-shake stalls to bring-and-buy sales after school.

School Councillors change twice a year which means that, if they want to, most children get the opportunity to become a school councillor at least once during their years at the school.

School Clubs

Clubs are run by the staff after school from 3.30pm to 4.15pm Monday to Thursday covering a wide variety of activities which change each term.  These can include Football, Tag Rugby, Netball, Rounders, Cricket, Gymnastics, ICT, Dance, Weaving and Singing.
